297 Acres of land on the West side of I-95 in Indian River County, off of Oslo Road. The land was previously used for agricultural practices and there is currently a cattle lease on the property. The land has recently been cleared for any future uses and is located in an opportunity zone. Indian River County has began construction on a new Oslo Road interchange, just East of the subject land. The project entails ramps connecting Oslo Road to I-95 as well as widening Oslo Rd from a two lane highway to a four land highway, East to 58th Ave.
